So... what is Kundalini Activation?Kundalini Activation is a body-led experience. You lie down, relax, and let music and energy do the rest. There’s no breathwork, no effort, no goal. Your body responds naturally — exactly as it’s ready.

What actually happens in a session?You’ll be lying down on a mat, wrapped in a blanket if you like. The music plays. As a facilitator I serve as the channel and hold the room. Touch is optional and always respectful. Some people experience tingling, waves of emotion, or spontaneous movements. Others feel deep calm. It’s all valid.

Do I need any experience with meditation or spirituality?Not at all. No background, belief system, or practice required. Just curiosity. This isn’t about understanding energy — it’s about experiencing it.

What might I feel during or after the session?That depends — and it’s different every time. You might feel warmth, tears, laughter, peace, or physical sensations. You might feel nothing at all. Every reaction is perfect. The body is intelligent and knows what you need.

Is this for everyone?Mostly, yes. If you’re pregnant or dealing with serious mental health issues, it’s best to check in with me first. Your safety and well-being always come first.

I’m Anne-Marie — creative founder and certified Kundalini Activation facilitator.
For years, I lived in my head — concepting bold campaigns in ad agencies, juggling own startups and motherhood.
I was introduced to Kundalini Activation — and felt a shift I couldn’t explain. The energy kept building, quietly but unmistakably. Now I share that experience with others.
I hold space for others to reconnect with their inner calm, clarity, and aliveness — to find more focus, less stress. My sessions aren’t about performance. They’re about presence. Real, raw, and surprisingly restorative.
